We purchased a brand new home in which the builder Zancor had selected and supplied the appliances for their homes. Our dishwasher door leaks water onto the floor after it has been run. I reported this and a NEAS person attended. Unfortunately, the dishwasher was not in a mode for the service person to observe when he arrived. He advised me to take a picture which I did but the water stream does not show well on stainless steel. I attempted to have rectified before we left to go away. The builder is aware of this. (Dawn) I now have to wait until April 2020. Not happy.

This came with the new home I had built. It's quiet & I like that feature as the kitchen & living room are open. The entire cycle for NORMAL setting seems to be long. As well the heat dry doesn't really dry well. I have to open the dishwasher the next day & leave it open for several hours for the inside to really dry.

But after a year and a half, it started acting up. Dishes were not getting clean or dry anymore. It spit the detergent pod out into the dishes and wasn't even dissolved. This along with the buttons going nonfunctional, but coming back after banging on them with my hand brought the functionality back. But the performance is really lacking now. Debating putting in a new electronics board vs throwing it out and buying another one. Either option is a shame after having the dishwasher only a year and a half.

I had a service call regarding this. The technician told me to add rinse aid as well as making sure the water temp reaches 120 degree. I did an experimental wash that night by following his instructions and after the wash, the top ones were dryer but the bottom ones were still wet. This is the very first dish washer that I have to add rinse aid and worry about the water temp. It has been very inconvenient for me. I hate it!
